Cancelation policy

Your appointment is very important. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Any appointments canceled, rescheduled or no showed without 72 hour notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount on the credit card on file.

Late arrival policy

If you arrive late, (no more than 15minutes) your service(s) may be shortened in order to maintain my in-salon schedule & will still be charged the FULL AMOUNT. Example: booked for a full highlight, due to late arrival, I will only be able to do partial highlight, therefore you are still charged for a full highlight. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a cancellation- 50% of the reserved service amount fee.

Redo policy

I strive to offer my guest the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know WITHIN 7 DAYS of your visit, and I’m happy to correct any issues that are my fault with no additional charge. If it’s past the 7 days it is no longer considered a redo & you will be charged.
